members that we understand that this is a challenging time.
[01:06] A recommendation on how to start your zoom meetings.
- Giving people the opportunity to express themselves, during these times could be the only moment of relief they have, and that can definitely result in increased productivity. [01:16]
[01:32] Check each member’s “pulse” one by one, because some of them
may not feel comfortable on constant video meetings.
- Some may have increased anxiety by ever frequent zoom meetings.
[01:43] Allow your team some flexibility, by having some meetings on video
and some without video.
