HOW TO MANAGE VIDEO MEETINGS
It’s becoming a trend that some organizations are requiring or encouraging Video On during virtual meetings.
Unfortunately for some people in such organizations, it’s creating additional stress and, anxiety.
In this episode, I give a quick tip to help you as a team leader or manager deal with the situation.

It’s important we be aware that video on requirements on all meeting does create anxiety for some people.
