The Table: August 2025

JACQUELINE V. TWILLIE LAUNCHES ‘THE TABLE,’ A 30-DAY CAREER STRATEGY SPACE FOR BLACK WOMEN NAVIGATING WORKFORCE DISRUPTION
New York, NY – July 29, 2025 — In response to recent labor data showing a sharp decline in employment among Black women in the United States, Jacqueline V. Twillie V. Twillie, founder of ZeroGap.co and creator of the Resilient Leaders Program, is launching The Table, a 30-day career strategy space beginning August 1.
Between February and May 2025, over 300,000 Black women exited the workforce. In April alone, 106,000 jobs were lost—the largest one-month decline for any group. Current reports show that unemployment durations among Black women are now exceeding six months.
The Table is a time-bound, virtual space designed to provide structure during professional uncertainty. Participants will receive one career strategy each day, focused on practical execution. Areas of focus include resume refinement, interview readiness, value articulation, and decision-making under stress.
“This is a functional response to prolonged interruption,” said Twillie. “We’re creating space to act—not analyze—and to support professionals who are ready to regain clarity and momentum.”
Some concepts shared during the 30-day period will draw from the Resilient Leaders Program, which has helped hundreds of professionals regain confidence and recalibrate their next steps following unexpected career shifts.
The Table is not a coaching cohort, training series, or subscription model. It is a structured environment designed for individual action.
